1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Razibul Gift House (RGH), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our associated store policies.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors.

3. Custom & Personalized Gifts

For personalized gifts (including custom photo prints, mugs, couple t-shirts, engraved acrylics, and mobile skins), you represent that you hold the legal right and copyright to any photographs, logos, or content submitted to us for printing. RGH reserves the right to decline processing content deemed defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property.

4. Order Cancellation and Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or non-serviceable pin codes.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our store operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Barpeta District, Assam.
